With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Sport Psychology, Ken brings a deep understanding of both the mind and body to his approach. Alongside his academic background, he is a Certified Personal Trainer, Movement & Mobility Specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Before co-founding BLK BOX GYM, Ken worked many years as a veteran trainer at a commercial gym and also ran a personal training business in his own garage. Whether you are a beginner looking to start your fitness journey, or a veteran looking to take their fitness to the next level, Ken will be there to support you every step of the way.
