1. Full-Time Trainer:

As a Full-Time Trainer at BLK BOX, you will be a key representative of our brand, embodying our mission and core values.

  • Higher Compensation: Enjoy the most competitive salary in the market.
  • Priority Leads: Get first access to new leads from our lead generation system.
  • Visibility: Be featured on our website and social media platforms.
  • Events: Participation in company events (1-2 per year) is required.

* You must achieve and maintain a specific yearly sales quota to retain Full-Time status.

* You are not permitted to train clients at other gyms.

2. Part-Time Trainer:

As a Part-Time Trainer, you will represent the BLK BOX brand while working at our gym.

  • Lead Distribution: Receive leads from our lead generation system.
  • Visibility: Be featured on our website and social media.
  • Flexibility: No sales quota requirements.
  • Multiple Venues: You can train clients at other gyms, however, you cannot solicit BLK BOX clients.‍
  • Events: Participation in company events is required (1-2 per year).

3. Contract Trainer:

As a Contract Trainer, you manage your own clientele and rent our premium facility to conduct your sessions.

  • Facility Rental: Pay a flat rate per session with the flexibility to rent the facility as needed.
  • Optional Participation: Participation in company events is optional.
